ISKA Tournaments 2022
The time has come for the fun part of your Karate journey! Competing in the International Sport Karate Association (ISKA) Tournaments.
There are a few things Sensei Rich has talked about for these tournaments. Lets make a quick list to revise.

Whether you are competing for fun, confidence building or validation of your skills, we all need to remember the following:

Safety First:
Please bring - correctly fitted mouthguard, males- groin protector, females - chest guard, sparring gloves/mitts, shin pads/booties, headgear.

Keep up your energy:
Please bring - water and/or sports drink i.e. Gatorade, Powerade, snacks, lunch.
There will be a canteen with limited food and drinks available.

Look your best:
REPRESENT: Ensure you have a freshly washed AND IRONED Karate uniform (Gi), belt, spare Gi if you have one, spills can happen to anyone!
